Refund Policy
Simple and straightforward.
Our Refund / Return policy is very simple and straight forward. If you are not satisfied with our product, we will be happy to take it back under following terms and conditions:
- Please report your concern within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Product can be returned within 14 days after date of purchase
- We will deduct a 15% re-stocking fee.
- Product has to be in unused condition.
- Customer will be responsible for sending back the product including shipping charges.
- Credit will only be issued if above mentioned terms and conditions are fullfilled.
Note: If you are interested in placing an order you are most welcome to Request A Sample to be sent to you for review before you purchase a large quantity. This can avoid any confusion or misunderstanding about the product later on. The sample can be dispatched to you for a nominal fee of $10. If you are ordering more than One sample then this fee can be a little more as well.
